“This is the place to go. After dealing with the Tesla collision center in Tampa and it almost being the breaking point of even owning a Tesla, I was unfortunately in need of another repair. On Jan 2nd, I setup an appointment with Tesla on January 13th for them to work on the vehicle. After looking online to see if there's other places to make repairs, I found two companies. One said they were out for a couple of weeks, Alset said they have open availability. I got the vehicle towed to Alset the same day. Two days after it was dropped off I received my estimate, and two weeks after the drop off I picked up my vehicle - detailed and repaired as good as new. They never needed to submit a supplemental and it was a very straightforward process. My only complaint is the pickup date was unclear. A week and a half after dropping it off I was told it is “almost ready” and got a text saying it would be ready the following Wednesday for pickup. Monday I get a call saying they expect to have it done this week, and they said Wednesday isn't likely. Tuesday I get a text saying “it will be ready any moment! Just wait for us to notify you”, then I get a notification two days later. Overall I still give Alset 5 stars but an accurate timeline would've been helpful for my planning. Thank you again”

“This place exceeded all expectations. I drove thru several puddles during a torrential rain storm 2 months ago. There was extensive damage to the underside of my car, and my rear bumper was TORN OFF. My insurance company towed my Tesla 3 to Alset, as it is the closest Tesla approved body shop to my house. From this point, my insurance company failed me at every possible opportunity. My insurance denied my claim. I submitted a new claim when additional damage was discovered. Denied again! So, because I'm a nurse in a hospital 70 miles from home, I kinda need a car. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket. Bobby and Tony worked with me the entire time. They fixed my car and it's absolutely perfect. They even detailed it! They could've charged me more than double what I paid, but they didn't. My car sat there for 2 months waiting for my claims adjuster who never came. I wasn't charged 1 cent for storage. I can't sing Alset's praises loudly enough.
