Most certified shops hold Rivian alongside BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes. At those shops, Rivian work competes with higher-margin European work. At Alset Collision, it is the only work.

“Thank you Alset for my recent repair on my 2023 Rivian pickup truck.”
Tell us what happened. If you're filing through insurance, file the claim with your insurer and get a claim number before dropping off the truck. Self-pay customers don't need a claim number — just call to schedule an estimate and drop-off. Not drivable? We can arrange towing from anywhere in the region directly to our shop.
All estimates are done in person at our shop. Teardown almost always reveals hidden damage that photos miss — we don't do photo estimates or remote quotes. We inspect the full scope — structural rails, suspension geometry, and body panels — and submit it to your insurance if applicable.
Every part ordered through Rivian's certified network. Rivian parts sometimes take longer than legacy manufacturers — we tell you that upfront. Refinish in Axalta in our in-house downdraft paint booth. We work with every insurance company on our own terms — no direct repair program (DRP) contracts dictating scope or procedures.
You will hear from us five times a week: three text updates and two phone calls, every week your Rivian is with us. Every qualifying repair includes Driver+ sensor recalibration and verification before the vehicle leaves.
At pickup we walk you through every repair before you take the truck. Keys-to-keys under 10 days on average; drivable repairs typically complete in 5–7 days. Every repair is documented on your vehicle's manufacturer service record. Labor and workmanship carry a lifetime warranty; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.

"Professional company that did a quality job on my Rivian."
Frank Howell
"I could not be happier with my collision repair. The vehicle came back perfect (like it never happened) and they worked to sort issues with my insurance company directly. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars."
Robert Cichielo
Rivian's certified network is small, and insurance-preferred chains rarely overlap with it. That means most insurers will refer you to a shop that can't order parts through Rivian's certified network, doesn't have aluminum-specific welding and bonding tooling, and isn't trained on Rivian's documented procedures. Florida Statute §626.9743 protects your right to choose a licensed repair facility, and for Rivian owners that choice is the difference between a certified repair and an approximation of one.
We carry zero direct repair program (DRP) contracts. That means no insurer dictates which parts go on your Rivian, what labor rate we accept, or how the work gets done. We work with every insurance company — we just don't work for any of them. Our technicians decide what your Rivian needs based on Rivian's documented procedures, not an adjuster's spreadsheet.
Florida Statute §626.9743 protects your right to choose a licensed repair facility. An insurer cannot require you to use a specific shop. This right exists for every driver; for Rivian owners it matters more than usual because the certified network is small.
For insurance repairs, file the claim with your insurer and get a claim number before you drop off the Rivian. We can't file the claim for you, and the truck can't sit in the shop waiting for a claim to open. Self-pay customers don't need a claim number — just call to schedule.
A fleet of EV loaners so you never have to drive a gas car while yours is being repaired. First-come, first-served.

We can arrange towing from anywhere in the region directly to our shop.
Lifetime warranty on labor and workmanship. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Any licensed shop can attempt it. But only Rivian Certified Collision Repair shops can source parts through Rivian's certified network and follow Rivian's documented repair procedures on an aluminum platform. Non-certified shops typically use aftermarket or salvaged parts, don't have aluminum-specific welding and bonding equipment, and don't have access to Rivian's procedures.
Yes. We work with every insurance company. Florida Statute §626.9743 protects your right to choose a licensed repair facility — an insurer cannot require you to use a specific shop. We carry zero direct repair program (DRP) contracts, so no insurer dictates the scope of your repair.
Under 10 days keys-to-keys on average. Drivable repairs typically complete in 5–7 days. Non-drivable repairs take longer because teardown and parts-ordering cycles are longer — and Rivian parts sometimes take longer than legacy manufacturers to arrive. We give you a specific date after in-person inspection, and if parts delay it, you hear from us first. You will hear from us five times a week during the repair: three text updates and two phone calls, every week your Rivian is with us.
Yes. Rivian's aluminum construction requires specific riveting, bonding, and welding procedures that differ fundamentally from steel vehicles. We are trained and equipped for Rivian's exact documented procedures. Sections that Rivian says to replace get replaced — we don't straighten what shouldn't be straightened.
Yes. Any repair that removes or adjusts a panel near a camera, radar, or sensor mounting point requires post-repair recalibration. We include Driver+ sensor recalibration and verification as a standard part of every qualifying repair — not an add-on you have to ask for.
Exclusively. Every part is ordered through Rivian's certified network — no aftermarket, no salvage. Every part is documented on your vehicle's manufacturer service record.
We follow Rivian's documented repair procedures and use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts ordered through Rivian's certified network. Labor and workmanship carry a lifetime warranty from us; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
