Non-drivable repairs take longer because teardown and parts-ordering cycles are longer — and Rivian parts sometimes take longer than legacy manufacturers to arrive. We give you a specific date after in-person inspection, and if parts delay it, you hear from us first. You will hear from us five times a week during the repair: three text updates and two phone calls, every week your Rivian is with us.

Yes. Rivian's aluminum construction requires specific riveting, bonding, and welding procedures that differ fundamentally from steel vehicles. We are trained and equipped for Rivian's exact documented procedures. Sections that Rivian says to replace get replaced — we don't straighten what shouldn't be straightened.

Yes. Any repair that removes or adjusts a panel near a camera, radar, or sensor mounting point requires post-repair recalibration. We include Driver+ sensor recalibration and verification as a standard part of every qualifying repair — not an add-on you have to ask for.

Exclusively. Every part is ordered through Rivian's certified network — no aftermarket, no salvage. Every part is documented on your vehicle's manufacturer service record.

We follow Rivian's documented repair procedures and use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts ordered through Rivian's certified network. Labor and workmanship carry a lifetime warranty from us; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
